Signature Manor is built around 24,000 sq. ft. of banquet space that will easily adjust to fit your needs. Whether it is a small, intimate gathering or a large event for up to 1,200 guests, our grand ballroom can easily break down into separate smaller ballrooms as needed. In addition to our grand ballroom, we can provide your outdoor function with a picturesque lawn and gazebo overlooking a duck pond with fountain.

HEP Signature Manor gives you the flexibility to use your own caterer or provides you with the use of our own executive chef. The Signature Manor in-house executive chef is available to assist you with all of your catering needs. Feel free to choose from the many items on our extensive catering menu, or have our chef prepare something special for your event.
